GLi – a joint venture between KSP and PATRIZIA - has acquired a 2.79-acre site to speculatively build a new prime ultra-sustainable warehouse in Park Royal, West London.

GLi have secured a pre-let of their prime urban logistics hub PR1 with Classic Fine Foods.

CR1, the first of two prime, sustainable warehouses on Croydon’s Purley Way, is available for let. The ultra-sustainable development will provide a combined total of 110,431 sq. ft. The units are revolutionary in design, far ahead of our competitors.

GLi has appointed contractors Faircloth Construction to build PR1, a 56,115 sq ft logistics unit in Park Royal, West London.
